Welcome to Dreams About You ("we," "our," or the "App").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
The App is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age required in their jurisdiction.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Usage Rules.

You retain ownership of dream text, personal context, and other content you submit to the App ("User Content").
By requesting an interpretation, you grant us and our service providers a limited permission to transmit, process, and temporarily use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
This permission ends when processing is complete, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, diagnostics, or service operation.
You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Do not submit content that:
Interpretations and insights are generated using artificial intelligence.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. The same dream may produce different interpretations at different times.
We do not guarantee:
You are responsible for deciding how to use AI-generated information.
You must not rely on the App as the sole basis for important medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, employment, or safety decisions.
Dreams About You is intended solely for personal reflection, journaling, and informational purposes.
The App does not provide:
The App is not a substitute for a qualified medical or mental health professional.
If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.
The App may provide a limited number of free dream analyses.
Free attempts, reset periods, eligibility rules, maximum balances, and other limits may change based on the App's current configuration.
Unused free or rewarded attempts:
Recording a dream does not necessarily consume an attempt. An attempt is generally used when an analysis request is successfully initiated or processed according to the App's current logic.
The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements, including:
Advertising availability, placement, frequency, and format may change remotely or between App versions.
Advertisements are supplied by third-party advertising providers. We do not control or endorse every advertised product, service, website, or claim.
Your interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, purchases, representations, or damages arising from an advertisement, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Advertising and related data processing are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may allow eligible free users to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for one additional dream-analysis attempt.
A reward is granted only when:
Closing, skipping, interrupting, or failing to complete an advertisement may result in no reward.
Rewarded attempts:
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue rewarded advertisements when reasonably necessary for technical, business, security, legal, or advertising-partner reasons.
Attempts obtained through fraud, automation, manipulation, or exploitation may be removed.
The App offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions.
Premium may include:
"Unlimited" means normal personal use. It does not permit automated, abusive, fraudulent, commercial, or excessively disruptive use. Reasonable technical, security, and anti-abuse limits may still apply.
Subscription duration and price are displayed in the App before purchase.
When purchasing a subscription:
Apple processes payments, cancellations, billing disputes, and refund requests according to its policies and applicable law.
We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Premium access may require an internet connection to verify subscription status. Temporary verification failures may delay access until the App can confirm the entitlement.
The App relies on third-party services, which may include:

We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

By using the App, you acknowledge that information may be processed by the service providers necessary to operate AI interpretations, synchronization, subscriptions, security, speech recognition, and advertising.
The App, including its design, software, branding, interface, graphics, text, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Dreams About You and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or its intellectual property.
You may use AI-generated interpretations for your personal, non-commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is unique or that similar output will not be generated for another user.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App.
We do not guarantee that:
We may perform maintenance or make urgent changes for security, legal compliance, provider migration, reliability, or service improvement.
Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting paid functionality will be communicated through the App or App Store.
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary if you:
Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, emotional well-being, or business arising from:

These Terms are between you and the App developer, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or claims relating to the App.
If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation concerning the App.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy, or intellectual-property claims.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States government restricted-party list.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions against you.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, advertising, service providers, or applicable law.
The updated Terms will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.
If a material change requires additional consent, we will request it where required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
